Q. Who can purchase products from Lyons Basket Company? What is your minimum order requirement?

A. Only certified companies with valid Tax IDs can purchase from Lyons Basket Company. If you are interested in selling our baskets, please complete our “Contact Us" page, and we will contact you back with our price guide. We have a minimum order of $150.00.


Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We accept Visa or MasterCard as prepayment. Lyons Baskets does not accept COD's.


Q. How long will it take before my order is shipped? How will my order be shipped?

A. We ship within 5 days from receipt of order or sooner, and use standard ground Fed Ex unless expedited shipping is requested by the customer.


Q. How much will shipping cost?

A. Shipping costs are determined by the carrier (not by Lyons Baskets) according to weight, size and distance of travel. Due to our high volume of shipping, however, we are able to offer excellent rates! We have Fed Ex computers and scales in our shipping warehouse, where your order will be carefully packed, weighed and shipped.


Q. If I have my own Fed Ex Shipper number, can you use that to send my order?

A. Absolutely. If you have your own shipper number with UPS or Fed Ex, please provide that number to us and request that your order be sent using your number. We will contact UPS or Fed Ex for account verification and will be happy to accommodate.


Q. Will my back order automatically be sent?

A. No, we will call when your back orders become available.


Q. If my business is local may I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

A. Yes, you may pick up your order at our warehouse.


Q. How do I handle returns, or damaged product?

A. As infrequently as damages occur, we ask that you retain all the packing and carton and call the office for instructions.
